These Terms of Service govern your use of trashcaddie.us and your requests for Trash Caddie services. By using the site or submitting an order, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to place an order or submit a business inquiry.

Services and availability

Services are subject to address, schedule, personnel, and territory availability. Submitting a form does not guarantee acceptance, a particular start date, or continued availability. We may contact you to confirm the service details.

Territory inquiries

A territory inquiry is a request for information only. It is not an offer of a franchise, a promise of exclusivity, or a grant of business rights. Any territory or business arrangement exists only under a separate written agreement signed by authorized parties.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and safe, lawful access to the property and waste containers at the agreed time. You are responsible for gates, access instructions, animals, hazards, local rules, and ensuring that containers are suitable and accessible.

Pricing and payment

Prices, taxes, fees, billing frequency, and any renewal terms are shown during checkout or in a separate written agreement. Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing checkout, you authorize the charges and any recurring billing clearly disclosed to you at checkout.

Cancellations and refunds

To cancel or request a refund, contact us promptly at team@trashcaddie.us. Eligibility depends on the service status, the terms shown at checkout or in a separate agreement, and applicable law. Charges for services already performed may be nonrefundable.

Scheduling and interruptions

Service times are estimates and may change because of weather, holidays, access issues, safety concerns, equipment problems, staffing, or events outside our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.

Communications

You agree that we may contact you about your inquiry, order, schedule, payment, and service. Transactional communications are not marketing messages.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or unlawful information, or use the site to harm others.

Third-party services

The site may use or link to third-party services, including Stripe. Their separate terms and policies apply to their services, and Trash Caddie is not responsible for third-party websites or systems outside our control.

Intellectual property

The site, branding, text, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to Trash Caddie and may not be copied or used without permission except as allowed by law.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided without warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement. We do not promise that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trash Caddie will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the site or services. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded will be limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims or losses caused by your unlawful use of the site, your breach of these terms, or unsafe or inaccurate property access information you provide.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless the law requires otherwise.
